Is there a children's program?
All young guests and families are invited to participate in the diverse and free play program offered by the tourism association at the Wilder Kaiser. Each year there is a new, special nature-based play theme. The program can be found here: www.wilderkaiser.info/de/kinderprogramm-spielplaetze.html.
Is there a single room supplement?
The single room supplement is €25.00 per night in a double room.
Is Blattlhof a partner of the Green Travel initiative at the Wilder Kaiser?
We are a partner of the "Green Arrival" initiative at the Wilder Kaiser: The train station shuttle from Kufstein/Wörgl is free of charge for you (subject to availability; booking recommended at least 72 hours in advance). Is a deposit required?
Your reservation becomes binding with a deposit of €100.00 per room.
Can I stay in the room past 10:00 AM?
Depending on room availability, a late check-out until 3:00 pm is possible for an additional charge of €30.00.
Can I charge my electric car?
For our guests arriving with an electric car, we have two charging stations available. A flat fee of €25.00 is charged per charge.
Are the rooms in each category always the same?
Our rooms are as individual as our guests - room pictures and floor plans are examples and may vary.
Are pets allowed?
Your dog is also welcome. Please let us know before your arrival or mention it when booking your room. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room or restaurant. A pet fee of €10.00 per night applies.
When is breakfast served?
Our breakfast buffet is offered between 7:30 am and 10:00 am.
What time do I need to vacate the room on the day of departure?
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 am.
When can I check into my room on the day of arrival?
Your room will be available from 2 pm on your arrival day.
When will dinner be served?
Our dinner will be served from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
What is the Wilde Kaiser GuestCard?
The Wilder Kaiser Guest Card is a free benefits card that you will receive during your stay with us. It includes free use of ski buses, hiking buses, the tourism association's activity program, and attractive discounts at numerous partner businesses in the region. The card is valid for the entire duration of your booked holiday and will be handed to you directly at the hotel or sent to you digitally in advance.
What are the child discounts?
In summer, children aged 0-10 stay free, and children aged 10-14 receive a 30% discount. In winter, children up to 3 years old stay free, children aged 3-10 receive a 50% discount, and children aged 10-14 receive a 20% discount.
Which contract terms apply to a room reservation?
The Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time, apply. The place of performance for all services is Austria, the place of jurisdiction is Kitzbühel, and the application of Austrian law is agreed upon.
How can I pay my hotel bill?
You can pay your hotel bill in cash, with EC card, Visa or Mastercard.
