The standard Austrian Hotel Terms and Conditions (ÖHVB) apply, as amended. It is agreed that the place of performance of all services is Austria, that Austrian law applies and the place of jurisdiction is Kitzbühel.

Your advance payment of EUR 100 per room secures your booking with us.

You can pay your bill by cash, EC card, Visa or MasterCard.

Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival.
Please ensure you leave your room by 10am on the day of departure.
Late check-out: EUR 30 supplement payable for check-out by 3pm

EUR 25.00 for a double room per night.

Your dog is just as welcome at our hotel! If you are bringing your dog, please let us know before your arrival, or simply when you make your booking. Dogs are not permitted in the dining room or restaurant. Nominal charge for pets, per night: EUR 10

All prices are stated per person, including tax and duties. Local tourist tax is excluded (EUR 3.50 per person aged 15 or over, per night). No liability is assumed for errors.
 

Reductions for children apply only to children staying in their parents’ room (with two adults paying full rate).

Rates for children in summer:

Age 0-10: children stay for free
Age 10-14: 30% discount

Rates for children in winter:

Under 3: children stay for free
Age 3-10: 50% discount
Age 10-14: 20% discount

The Wilder Kaiser GuestCard will be handed out free of charge upon arrival and is valid for the duration of your stay.
