Enjoy home-made delicacies such as our legendary Kaiserschmarrn shredded pancakes, or a hearty platter of cold cuts brimming with specialities from the region. We produce many of the delicacies ourselves. This includes a variety of meats and dairy products, including our legendary home-made butter.

The Blattlalm was lovingly restored by us. We used wood from the local region exclusively, in order to create as authentic an atmosphere as possible. It is Tyrolean through and through. In good weather our guests can sit outside on our panorama terrace. With breathtaking views of the Grossglockner and Grossvenediger peaks in the distance.
