Our prices are per person per day.
All our rooms are furnished in a comfortable alpine wood style and offer the following:
balcony, shower or bath/WC, hair-dryer, make-up mirror, seating corner, satellite TV and telephone.

General terms and conditions of business
- Prices are per person per day and include taxes and duties but exclude local tax
- Local tax is € 1.50 per person per night for those 15 years or older
- For stays of less than 3 days there is a surcharge of 15% per person per night
- Winter reductions for children accommodated in parents' rooms:
up to 3 years free of charge
3 - 10 years -50%
10 -14 years -20%
- Summer reductions for children accommodated in parents' rooms:
0 - 10 years free of charge
9 - 14 years -30%
- Single room supplement: € 15.00
- Price reduction for overnight stay with breakfast per person € 8.00
- Your holiday home is available from 2 pm on day of arrival. We would ask you to vacate your room by 10 am on day of departure
- We charge € 10.00 for dogs per day (without feed)
- A deposit of € 100.00 per room will guarantee your reservation.
- The Austrian hotel terms of contract in their current valid version are effective. All services are performed in Austria. Kitzbühel is the place of jurisdiction.
- Application of Austrian law is taken as agreed!
Travel Insurance
In order to save you any trouble, we can offer you a travel insurance. Using Blattlhof's travel insurance at a cost of € 25.00 (per room and stay) you are covered for any cancellation charges. Cancellation sounds unpleasant and it is. For you, as well as for us. We would ask you to understand that for cancellations at short notice, late arrivals and early departures, we have to make a charge of 70% of the invoice.
